Mental_Floss Final Issue in Print

Since this is about the magazine, here are facts from this, the Final Issue. Did you know that since there wasn't a lot of edible fish to be found in Quebec, Canada, the Catholic Church classified beavers as fish so the Canadians would have something to eat during Lent?

TFB REVIEW: KRISS Vector in 10mm! — The Firearm Blog

I own a .45 ACP version and I like it, I LOVE the 10mm round but I think I will stick with my .45 as 10mm ammo is pretty expensive. If you like 10mm, pick this up, it is not cheap but it is an awesome firearm.

Frank Levingston passes the torch to Richard Overton

Howdy y'all, Today I would like to look back upon the life of Frank Levingston. Who is Frank Levingston you ask? Frank Levingston was the oldest living American and he was also the oldest living WWII veteran. This article is late but though I have been following this man for the last several years, I … Continue reading Frank Levingston passes the torch to Richard Overton

Goodbye Rama IX, Hello Muay Thai Visa

Howdy y'all, I can not figure this blogging thing out, I write LOADS of less than mediocre articles, one every other day but the day I write a 60-word article about having a shitty day is the day I get my record number of followers and likes. It confuses the shit out of me, are … Continue reading Goodbye Rama IX, Hello Muay Thai Visa

But before we get … Continue reading TOOLS OF TITANS — Sample Chapter and a Taste of Things to Come — The Blog of Author Tim Ferriss

I feel absolutely useless today. Things out of my control set me back more often than pushing me towards getting the fuck out of here. I just want to leave. I can't even focus on the Chop's Guide or anything else really. Today was a bad day. Maybe this weekend will look up.   Pictures, … Continue reading

Wise Guys Sandwich Pub, Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri Review.

I have been interested in going to Wise Guys Sandwich pub for a long time, much like any restaurant I have not been to yet. But it was deeper, there was more longing for Wise Guys. Because Wise Guys may have a Cuban Sandwich on their menu. It is very rare that I find a Cuban anywhere, the last time being a truck stop somewhere in Ohio. And their Cuban was shit... they put onions and peppers on the motherfucker. Bastards.

The Adventures of Barry -Money Changes You

It ballooned to the size of a Fiat, and I had to roll around like something out of a horror flick. The sensation was much like that of eating burning lava…and then the joy of the heroin rush….and then the eating of burning lava…a vicious cycle, that is still going on now.

I GOT PAID! AAAAND it’s gone.

I doubt anyone from Tuscumbia, Missouri reads Chop's Guide but I have a friend who not only works at Dispatch with me, she has also been working at the T-Town Deli. She cooks for us in dispatch all the time and it is always good so imagine what she can to with an actual facility. She brought me an Enchilada the other day and it was pretty fantastic... would be great if I could sweet talking her into delivering me foodstuffs every day I am in Dispatch. Hint, Hint, Crystal.
